- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup dark cocoa powder
- 7 oz dark chocolate chips
(Dark Chocolate Brownies) Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease 8×12 in baking pan; combine melted butter, oil and sugars together in a medium sized bowl, whisk well; add eggs and vanilla; beat for 1 minute; sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients; fold in 3/4 of the dark chocolate chips; pour batter into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top, and adding remaining dark chocolate chips; bake for 25-30 minutes
