CSS Tec proudly announces the promotion of employees Chuck George to Managing Director, and both Kay Odenwelder and Caitlin Wazynski to Directors of Recruiting. CSS Tec is also excited to announce that Colleen DiFabio who joined CSS Tec in 2018 is our new Client Services Director with the objective of providing our clients with an elevated level of service and support. This internal reorganization is being implemented to positively impact our ability to serve both our clients and candidates who depend on us to support the growth of their businesses and careers.

Executing on this vision and strategy, CSS has launched a thriving Salesforce solutions practice that aligns the organization’s core strengths in resource management with Salesforce platform capabilities in CRM, Call Center Management, Financial Services, and Marketing. Chuck George started his career at CSS in a Technical Recruiting role and progressively took on additional responsibilities within the firm – initially managing the recruiting organization and later spearheading the efforts to launch the company’s Salesforce solutions business. In 2019, Chuck was promoted to Managing Director for the thriving practice that he helped launch from the ground-up. CSS Tec – in large part thanks to Chuck’s hard work and determination—is now a registered Salesforce consulting partner with a rapidly growing list of customers throughout the Northeastern United States. CSS Tec is now delivering full project Salesforce implementations as well as servicing our clients with first class Salesforce consultants and Salesforce direct hire candidates.

Kay Odenwelder has been with CSS since 1998, and just last year celebrated her 20th year with the company. Kay has proven her strong talents and worn many hats since she started at CSS: she has been a Branch Manager, a Technical Recruiter, and now she has been promoted into the leadership role of Recruiting Director within the organization. Her strong dedication to detail to ensure that the skill set is a match for both the client and the candidate has proven to be a significant part of the CSS Tec growth.

Since 2014, Caitlin Wazynski has gracefully moved up the corporate ladder upon joining the CSS Tec team. Starting out as a Recruiter, she was later promoted to Technical Recruiter after only a year, and she has now received her second promotion into a leadership role as a Recruiting Director with the organization. Caitlin has a proven track record of success supported by a long list of testimonials from both clients, candidates and internal employees.

In 2018, CSS Tec recruited and secured the very talented Colleen DiFabio in an effort to add a unique role that would contribute a more consultative approach to the CSS Tec client base. As the Client Services Director, Colleen can bridge the gap of many large projects that are part of the digital transformation for the majority of our client base. Her technical and strategical understanding of a business’ initiatives make this role a real success.
