Award-Winning Recruiters Nicole Vick and Tori Cini Move Up the Ladder

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is home to many phenomenal employees, including Nicole Vick and Victoria (Tori) Cini, on the Professional Staffing Group (PSG) team, who were recently promoted to Senior Staffing Specialists. 

Both Nicole and Tori have more than proven themselves as assets to CSS, winning multiple different honors, such as the prestigious Purple Cow Award, an award given to employees for providing exceptional service to candidates and/or clients, and President’s Club, an all-expenses paid trip to a tropical destination for top-performing employees that have met/exceeded their annual quota. 

Nicole Vick started her CSS career in September 2015 at the Mount Laurel, NJ headquarters as a Junior Recruiter. In April 2017, Nicole was promoted to Staffing Specialist, and, as of January 2020, Nicole has moved up to a Senior Staffing Specialist. This year is Nicole’s second year in a row achieving President’s Club and in 2019 she was honored with the MVP Service Award.

Tori Cini started as a Junior Recruiter at CSS’s King of Prussia office in November 2015. She was promoted to Staffing Specialist in January 2017, and, as of January 2020, Tori was promoted to Senior Staffing Specialist. Tori is incredibly hardworking, she has led large projects extending past both her duties and office, and has achieved President’s Club three years in a row—and counting!
