Award-Winning Recruiters Nicole Vick and Tori Cini Move Up the Ladder

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is home to many phenomenal employees, including Nicole Vick and Victoria (Tori) Cini, on the Professional Staffing Group (PSG) team, who were recently promoted to Senior Staffing Specialists.

Both Nicole and Tori have more than proven themselves as assets to CSS, winning multiple different honors, such as the prestigious Purple Cow Award, an award given to employees for providing exceptional service to candidates and/or clients, and President’s Club, an all-expenses paid trip to a tropical destination for top-performing employees that have met/exceeded their annual quota.

Nicole Vick started her CSS career in September 2015 at the Mount Laurel, NJ headquarters as a Junior Recruiter. In April 2017, Nicole was promoted to Staffing Specialist, and, as of January 2020, Nicole has moved up to a Senior Staffing Specialist. This year is Nicole’s second year in a row achieving President’s Club and in 2019 she was honored with the MVP Service Award.

Christina Louka, PSG Branch Manager of the Mount Laurel office is proud of Nicole’s achievements: “Nicole always comes to work with a positive attitude and strives to be the best recruiter she can be! I am so lucky to have Nicole on my team!”

“Nicole is extremely goal driven and sets high standards for herself which has led her to be one of the top producers over the past few years. She is a go-to person within the Mount Laurel office and has proven herself to be a strong recruiter within all niches that we staff for,” said Alyssa Mastrangelo, Recruiting Director of PSG.

Tori Cini started as a Junior Recruiter at CSS’s King of Prussia office in November 2015. She was promoted to Staffing Specialist in January 2017, and, as of January 2020, Tori was promoted to Senior Staffing Specialist. Tori is incredibly hardworking, she has led large projects extending past both her duties and office, and has achieved President’s Club three years in a row—and counting!

Aly ReinhardPSG Branch Manager of the King of Prussia office couldn’t be happier for Tori’s success: “She has made tremendous professional and personal growth throughout her time at CSS! I’ve personally witnessed Tori hit various milestones throughout the years, but the most exciting was to see her hit record high numbers in 2019. I am confident our office will continue to hit those record-breaking numbers in 2020!

When Tori was hired, she sat right outside my office. I always admired how she would be on the phone from the start through the finish of her day. Tori has taken on one of our key clients over the years and she has led our team supporting this client to success every single year. There is no challenge that Tori won’t take, remarked Evan Violette, Managing Director of PSG.

CSS is proud to have such dedicated employees as Nicole and Tori and is happy to publicly announce their promotions. We think 2020 is already off to a successful year, and we only expect more promotions to come!
