If you want to help create magical moments this holiday season, now is your opportunity! A Technical Support Specialist is needed in Arvada, CO!


Our client company loves to bring to joy to every holiday! Every year around Christmas-time and Easter, they can be found capturing memories with Santa and the Easter bunny.


As the Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance via phone and manually restoring equipment. This position offers $17 an hour!


Responsibilities of the title include:

  •      Acting as a help desk technician in season by diagnosing and resolving technical support issues.
  •      Participating in system refurbishment in the off-season.
  •      Helping in-field personnel resolve technical issues by troubleshooting down equipment and
  •      Providing training materials and instructions to local system operators.
  •      Motivating self-help with by providing clients with troubleshooting guides.
  •      Ensuring productivity and client satisfaction of internal and remote systems.
  •      Maintaining organized records of all operations in season and off season.

Requirements:

  •      Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  •      Minimum 2 years of Windows OS and hands-on computer hardware experience (Mac experience a plus!)

  •      Previous experience with digital cameras, lighting equipment, photo printers, and associated software

  •      Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel when necessary

  •      Strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating power and hand tools

  •      Experience in hardware assembly, software installation, and testing

  •      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  •      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  •      Patient and has a friendly and professional phone presence

  •      Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented

  •      Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
