A highly skilled Salesforce Administrator is needed for a Direct-Hire Technical Analyst position in the Greater Philadelphia area! This position offers an annual salary that ranges from $90K to $140K (depending on experience).

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator include:

  •      Communicating with business analysts and delivering complete work products.
  •      Creating functional and technical specifications.
  •      Designing/developing new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  •      Researching and developing new prototypes and applications.
  •      Documenting design, providing estimates, and performing unit and systems testing.
  •      Documenting the configuration and deployment of applications.
  •      Researching production issues and working with team members to resolve issues.
  •      Supporting code deployment through all phases of development.
  •      Researching and developing new prototypes and applications.

  •      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  •      Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development life cycle (to deliver solutions) and in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
  •      Experience developing solutions with Apex and VisualForce code in Sales Cloud
  •      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  •      Experience with declarative programming, integration, and data migration
  •      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  •      Strong Sales Cloud (and some Cloudcraze) background
  •      Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect a plus!
  •      Knowledge of IT process frameworks and best practices in a Dev Ops Model
  •      Can travel when needed
