Responsibilities of the Processor include:

  • Maintaining 85% daily availability for callers
  • Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Processing financial and non-financial transactions timely and accurately
  • Contributing to the attainment contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Working overtime as needed
  • Providing exceptional client service experiences to account owners and financial advisors
  • Suggesting methods to improve workflows, policies, procedures, training, and systems
  • Logging and tracking both calls and requesting while servicing clients
  • Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
  • Developing understanding of product, plan provisions, procedures, and systems
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to improve job knowledge to advance service capabilities
  • Staying current on 529 plan news, legislative updates, and financial services industry news
  • Being responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the company or our clients.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

 Requirements of the Processor:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience within a client service setting within financial services preferred
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within financial services
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 licenses preferred
  • Be flexible and team-oriented
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
