Process Improvement Analyst III

An experienced job-seeker is needed for a Process Improvement Analyst III position in Jacksonville, FL! As the Process Improvement Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for leading, analyzing, and facilitating the development and improvement of business processes. This temporary position offers $50 an hour. 

Responsibilities of the Process Improvement Analyst include:

  • Acting as continuous improvement leader for large projects and proactively coach and mentor business teams with a lean mindset
  • Analyzing or overseeing the analysis of processes and programs to achieve established goals; provide analyses and recommendations if corrections are needed; investigate to root cause to determine areas of opportunity
  • Training team members on analytical tools and lean techniques; provide guidance and review work of team members
  • Developing project plans and execute delivery of artifacts such as but not limited to: Current Process Map and Controls - Workflow, Data Collection (metrics, materials, performance, quality, production, staffing, and reporting), and Risk Assessment, Business process root cause analysis, KPI Gap analysis and problem solving, Future State process maps, and Risk and Control plan

Requirements of the Process Improvement Analyst:
  • Minimum 5 years of Continuous Improvement/Business Process Re-engineering experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Project Management/Change Management experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience working with data and statistical analysis
