Description:

We are recruiting for a Payroll Processing Assistant  for a possible temporary to direct hire role depending on the businesses needs.  At the minimum this will be a 3+ months commitment.  Get your foot in the door to our fabulous client making up to $23 per hour depending experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the files for further payroll processing – uploading payroll related information from the various internal systems; performing reconciliations 
  • Payroll uploading with 100% accuracy
  • Over communication and support of the various internal teams and areas integrated with payroll.
  • Preparation of reconciliation files after each payroll payment: 
  • Internal Auditors support – preparation and collecting the files for providing them to auditors; 
  • Loan provision and paperwork – preparation and providing all the required paperwork to employees and to the AP department;
  • Tracking any additional earning information and flow, notifying the Compensation team.
  • Tracking the terminations from those states that require immediate assistance or attention;
  • Processing out-of-cycle payrolls and payments;
  • Consistent communication with all teams answering their questions, providing explanations when necessary, correcting any mistakes/issues if any;
  • Providing support to the employees in regards to their questions/issues connected to payroll and other areas deemed necessary
  • Reports standard and ad-hoc - creation and ditribution.  u
  • Preparation of the monthly earnings report based on the information obtained from Primepoint,

  • Proficient in  Excel and ideally SharePoint
  • Experience collecting data from multiple internal systems 
  • Uploading all time cards and making sure that they are captured for processing
  • Strong analytically
