We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Manager to join us in the Jacksonville, Florida market! Are you organized, have attention to detail and are a team player? Our Office Managers are a vital piece of the overall efficient operations of the dealership. From customer service to banking, our Admins assist with various administrative duties. Responsibilities of the Office Manager include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining contact lists and up-to-date business required licenses, certification, and notices.
  • Writing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled accounting reports.
  • Maintaining compliance with filing systems currently in place.
  • Ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Monitoring time system (systems2k) and submitting payroll to the corporate office.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year as an administrative assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
