HRIS Administrator


HRIS Administrator is needed to support a Human Resources team in Yardley, PA! The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for entering employee information and completing the QC process within ADP Workforce Now. This role starts at $18 an hour!
 
Responsibilities of the HRIS Administrator include:
  • Completes detailed data entry tasks within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Enters initial employee data in the system efficiently and confidentially.
  • Assists with the quality assurance process.
  • Collaborates with team members to resolve invalid or incorrect data. 
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel and various HR systems to complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

Requirements of the HRIS Administrator:
  • HS Diploma or GED required, higher education a plus
  • 2-3 years of Data Entry experience
  • Additional Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
