An experienced recruiter and HR generalist with a passion for building and maintaining relationships is needed for a Human Resources Recruiting Associate position in Norristown, PA! This temporary-to-hire position offers $20 an hour!

Responsibilities of the HR Recruiting Associate include:

  •      Drafting recruitment advertisements/materials for LinkedIn and other social media, ensuring company information is consistent with company brand.
  •     Effectively and proactively networking and utilizing recruiting strategies.
  •      Upholding the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy
  •      Managing all local relationships with agencies.
  •      Collaborating with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand offers and maintaining regular communication with them.
  •      Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process with HR to include all post-offer preparation and screening.
  •      Understanding hiring statistics, creating reports, and processing analyses in order to understand trends and results.
  •      Gathering feedback from the HR Manager from exit interviews to find improvements to the hiring process if applicable.
  •      Participating in ENACTUS, other campus events, and campus recruitment efforts.
  •      Complying with all state and federal laws.
  •      Performs other related duties or special projects as needed.

  •      Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  •      Minimum 3 years’ progressive recruiting experience
  •      Experience effectively using social media recruiting
  •      Experience with behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques
  •      Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritizing skills
  •      Great communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  •      Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Managers
  •      Reliable transportation to travel when needed
