A friendly and technically savvy job-seeker is needed for a Direct-Hire Help Desk Support role in Pennington, NJ!
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support include:
Requirements of the Help Desk Support:
Certificate in information systems, data processing, electronics technology, mainframe operations or microcomputer systems gained through one-year college level curriculum or equivalent experience
Previous experience in an IT Help Desk environment preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Windows 10, Mobile device software (iPhone/iPad), MAS360
Experience with Imaging software- experience with Acronis ideal but not required
Understanding and following to Active Directory & Exchange
Acquire/maintain current knowledge of identified software products and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers
