Group Program Delivery Manager

 

A highly knowledgeable, technical jobseeker is currently needed for a contract-to-hire Group Program Delivery Manager position in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Responsibilities of the Group Program Delivery Manager include:

  • Championing Program Delivery Analysis for MIRS/MRES CTO Portfolio by providing financial acumen leadership and execution of transformational programs.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborating with the CTO and other IT leaders to participate in developing Business IT Strategy and Delivery Roadmap.
  • Creating executive level presentations including information derived from financial analysis of the CTO portfolio (presenting complex, technical items clearly).
  • Meeting many people/vendors and learn business and technical concepts on the fly.
  • Partnering with various business leaders to understand their needs and promote excellent relationships between business, IT, and across subsidiaries.
  • Performing analysis on current state, operations, processes, etc.
  • Bring business (financial) expertise in mortgage real estate services to the development of our IT strategy, roadmap and the digital world of the company.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Group Program Delivery Manager:

  • At least 4 years of related experience with excellent knowledge of financial analysis and business strategy

  • Track record in stakeholder and relationship management

  • Knowledge or willingness to learn mortgage related technology

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

  • Prior involvement in strategy/roadmap development within financial services a plus!

  • Demonstrated track record of understanding complex business problems and identifying solutions

  • Active learner, inquisitive and vigorous researcher of new ideas.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong ability to think strategically and act tactically
