A friendly and professional job-seeker is needed for a Front Desk Receptionist position in West Chester, PA! This temporary-to-hire position offers $15 an hour!


Our client company is a network of United States’ private schools. They consist of over 200 schools in more than 18 states. The talented and dedicated educators and school administration at these schools, which include preschools, K-12 schools, and online schools, prioritize the needs of students and families by offering several ways to learn and other valuable resources.  


Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist include:

  •        Greeting visitors and answering and directing phone calls.
  •        Performing office-related tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  •        Partnering with the Human Resources team to plan meetings and events.
  •        Handling other related duties as needed.
  •        Working full-time hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

  •        High School diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  •        2 years experience in an administrative/receptionist role
  •        Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent phone presence
  •        Proficient with PCs and with Microsoft Office
  •        Great organizational and multitasking skills
