A highly-experienced financial candidate is needed for a Direct-Hire Director of Revenue Cycle position in Las Vegas, NV!

As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you will be responsible for optimizing current revenue processes, including cash collection efforts, reducing bad debt, denial avoidance, and account management to ensure that goals are met. This position offers an annual salary that ranges between $150K to $180K.


Responsibilities of the Director of Revenue Cycle include:

  •      Working with the management team,

  •      Monitoring and analyzing the Revenue Cycle KPIs through reports and observations and identifying and resolving issues that impact operational results.

  •      Implementing initiatives and industry best practices to improve Revenue Cycle operations and improve outcomes.

  •      Interacting with various departments of providers to meet organizational goals and maximize EBITDA.

  •      Supporting/leading projects and new product implementations in systems, people and operational processes to achieve outstanding results.

  •      Participating in Corporate Taskforce initiatives.

  •      Communicating with vendors throughout the Revenue Cycle processes to ensure efficiencies and confirm they are meeting performance KPIs.

Requirements:

  •      Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred)

  •      Minimum 10 years of experience

  •      Extensive knowledge of Healthcare systems and operations (revenue cycle operations from scheduling, pre-registration, admissions to billing, and collections of Accounts Receivables)

  •      Knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid, other governmental programs, HMO/PPO, ACO, and their associated processes, payments, and regulations

  •      Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement plans

  •      Demonstrated proficiency with automation, computers, software and technology

  •      Can create a CBO budget and maintain operating expenses in line with budgeting guidelines

  •      Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel when needed
