Customer Service Specialist

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist include:

  • Professionally communicating with customers via phone or email regarding billing and technical support issues.
  • Gathering detailed information and following any troubleshooting/escalation procedures as required per issue.
  • Clearly providing product/service information to customers.
  • Following up on all pending work items on a daily basis.
  • Completing tickets and researching issues as require.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Minimum 1 year' customer service/call center experience preferred

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

  • Basic computer skills - troubleshooting involves multiple platforms and devices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Great attendance and work ethic

  • Reliable transportation (public transportation is acceptable as long as it doesn't present scheduling conflicts)
