Call Center Representative

Five friendly and customer-minded job-seekers with banking AND call center experience are needed for Call Center Representative positions in Center City in Philadelphia, PA! These positions offer $15 an hour and are expected to last between 5 and 6 months!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Answering calls from clients (many will be related to the merger in August!)
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Meeting company and department goals and benchmarks.
  • Maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude!
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.
  • Willing to work these hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, and occasionally Saturday/Sunday 9am to 3pm.

Requirements of the Call Center Representative:

  • MUST be able to work weekends!

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2 years of banking experience

  • Call center experience preferred

  • Solid computer and phone skills

  • Excellent communication skills with superb phone etiquette!

  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
