Customer Relations Representative

A friendly and customer-minded job-seeker looking to get their foot in the door for a professional career is needed for a Customer Relations Representative position in Philadelphia, PA! This position offers $20 an hour.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative include:

  • Supporting and providing answers to major account customer inquiries on order status, tracking info and order processing procedures.
  • Opening new and updating existing account information.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and fielding calls as necessary.
  • Handling all customer needs including replacements, credits, and returns.
  • Managing EDI orders process.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of departments within the company, and function well within a team framework.
  • Setting up new item, reporting backorder, PO expedites, and credit approvals.
  • Identifying and resolving customer problems and issues in a timely manner.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Customer Relations Representative:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong organization, empathy, attention to detail and writing skills

  • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner in person and via the phone

  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of systems, processes and people
