Description:

Two friendly Customer Service Representatives are needed for positions in Horsham, PA! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and helping customers. This temporary-to-hire position offers $14 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Working in a call center environment.
  • Answering and fielding inbound calls if necessary, handling about 600 calls a week.
  • Answering questions about company products and services.
  • Helping customers with password resets, account information, etc.
  • Performing other similar functions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Call center with banking background preferred

  • Professional phone presence for inbound calls
