Hey Recruiters, our client company needs you! They are looking for a seasoned staffing specialist with great relationship-building skills to join their team in Carneys Point, NJ!

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the company. This full-time position offers an annual salary of $75K.


Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter include:

  •     Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
  •     Networking to builds applicant sources through the community, including attending college career fairs and networking events, having a social media presence, etc.
  •     Providing applicants and network partners with information about the company, upcoming opportunities, and benefits.
  •     Using paid job boards (Linkedin, Indeed, etc.) and outside recruiters when needed.
  •     Updating information in the company ATS.
  •     Discussing job requirements, ideal candidates, future pipeline opportunities with managers.
  •     Handling administrative paperwork (criminal background checks, drug screening, reference checks, etc.).
  •     Performing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  •      Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  •      Minimum 4 years’ experience as an internal corporate recruiter
  •      Experience with web recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, etc.)
  •      Experience utilizing social media and Booleans for recruiting
  •      Working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ADP, Ultimate)
  •      Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  •      Strong organizational and multitasking skills and very detail-oriented
  •      Strong communication and time-management skills
