- Must have minimum of 2 years Call Center Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be familiar with investor guidelines and available programs.
- Prior loss mitigation experience preferred.
- Must pass NMLS test within 120 days.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work Overtime should business needs dictate
- Cannot take time off within the first 90 days
