Closing Support


A knowledgeable job-seeker is needed for a Closing Support position in Altamonte Springs, FL! This position offers $17/Hr. 

 

Responsibilities of the Closing Support include:

  • Reviewing the Title, CPL, Wire instructions, and HOI documents 
  • Entering data to assist closers
  • Processing or servicing of loan documentation and support
  • Ensuring that all work has been completed and departmental deadlines have been met
  • Ensuring that all closing conditions, laid out by the lender or their investor, are met after signing
  • Various other duties as requested

  • Ability to resolve any problems, issues or questions, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to work independently and apart of a team environment
  • Strong computer skills
