Care and Vendor Support Specialist 

Seeking a Care and Vendor Support Specialist in Jacksonville, FL! Our client company is a major Nationwide Health Care Provider! As a Care and Vendor Support Specialist, you will be producing performance scorecards and reporting, and coordinating tasks and activities with internal teams and vendors!

Responsibilities of a Care and Vendor Support Specialist include:

  • Producing performance scorecards and reporting in a timely manner
  • Execution of performance improvement and corrective action plans  
  • Coordinating tasks and activities with internal teams and vendors including status reporting and project plans
  • Educating strategic partners on processes, products, and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships
  • Utilizing influence, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills to recommend and enhance and implement new processes and controls
  • Analyzing available reports and data for leading indicators of risk with programs and services
  • Monitoring programs and service performance to provide value added impact for contract renewal

Requirements:

Requirements of a Care and Vendor Support Specialist

  • Five or more years’ relative work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with medical operations, network, product, sales, customer service, claims, member enrollment, and billing
  • Experience with web-based reporting and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to facilitate multi-functional work groups
  • Strong presentation, written, and communication skills
