A systems expert with great leadership skills is needed for a Direct-Hire Business Systems Analyst position in Radnor, PA!
Our client company is a leading supplier in their industry. With over 10,000 employees, they provide services to several industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, government, and aerospace.
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of company computer systems and business process solutions utilizing SAP functionality and various e-business solutions. The BSA will make an annual salary that ranges between $110 and $135K (dependent on experience and skill) as well as a bonus!

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in an IT systems analysis role working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications
Minimum of 2 full life cycles of SAP Implementations
Extensive expertise of SD configuration and knowledge of the integration with Materials Management (MM) and Finance/Controlling (FI/CO)
Experienced with writing functional specifications for FRICEW objects
Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions (SAP ABAP a plus!)
Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and communications skills
Experienced in leading pieces of work, people, or deliverables
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Solid organization, time management, analytical, and project estimating skills
Willingness and ability to travel as required
