A Billing Specialist is needed for a position in Philadelphia, PA!

As the Billing Specialist, you will responsible for overseeing billing requirements, working with partners to complete billing and accounts receivable, and contacting clients to manage billing setups. This temporary position pays $20 an hour.

Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Elite Billing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Exploreer, Elite Billing, e-Billing Hub, and other various e-Billing Vendor systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
An organized, self-starter with proficiency in problem solving and prioritizing tasks
Works well independently, on a team, and as a team leader
Able to adapt to change and balance competing demands
Able to read and interpret general business documents, instructions and manuals, write routine business correspondence, and speak effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide all units of measure)
Able to work regular office hours and occasional overtime
