Description:

A Billing Coordinator is currently needed for a position with full-time hours in Wayne, PA! As the Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling invoices and billing data. This position is temporary-to-hire and pays $15 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator include:

  •        Inputting data and a performing a quality review of billing data produced in the Billing Operating Systems. 
  •        Invoicing clients in a timely and accurate manner. 
  •        Working with limited direction on duties including maintaining records, following up with delinquent accounts, and documenting delinquent accounts. 
  •        Having a thorough understanding of Code Services products and contracts. 
  •        Communicating processing improvements to the team and appropriate field personnel. 
  •        Closely working with the appropriate field and Valley Forge personnel on business and technical matters to maintain the integrity of business information. 
  •        Performing invoice distribution functions as required by billing contracts.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or comparable, relevant work experience

  •        Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, an invoicing department, or a general accounting position

  •        Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office application proficiency, particularly Excel

  •        Experience with PeopleSoft or similar system preferred

  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  •        Detail-oriented and strong customer service/interpersonal skills 

  •        Able to suggest process improvements and document recommendations with manager’s approval

  •        Have or can develop an understanding of credit risk and the importance of balancing, reconciliations, controls, and procedures

  •        Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles is preferred

  • A proficient multi-tasker that is flexible and adaptive to change
