Description:

A Billing Clerk is needed for a position in West Langhorne, PA! As the Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for auditing incoming paperwork from drivers, agents, and carriers to process orders for settlements and invoices for customers. It is up to the Billing Clerk to complete these tasks daily and make sure the information is complete and accurate, making this a vital position in our company. This temporary position offers $13 an hour!

 

 

Ever since they started in 1967, our client company has been dedicated to providing truck and freight delivery services to customers. They are highly concerned with the safety and efficiency of the services they provide, as exceeding customers’ expectations is their primary goal.

 

Responsibilities of the Billing Clerk include:

  •         Bringing in paperwork from our various sources, such as fax and email.
  •         Assigning paperwork to specific orders.
  •         Auditing received documents.
  •         Identifying incorrect paperwork.
  •         Readying correct orders for invoicing to the customers.
  •         Monitoring the billing queues and clearing the queues in order to meet our weekly department deadline.
  •         Working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED

 

 

  • Fluent English speaker, writer, and reader

 

 

  • Strong computer skills

 

 

  • Basic High School math skills

 

 

  • Organized and detail-oriented multitasker

 

 

  • Previous billing experience a plus
