Administrative Assistant (Remarketing)

Looking to start a professional career or strengthen your customer relations skills? Apply for this Administrative Assistant position in Mount Laurel, NJ! As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling all necessary duties for the Remarketing team. This temporary-to-hire position offers $16 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Entering consigned vehicle pick-up requests in company systems.
  • Maintaining relationships within remarketing channels.
  • Monitoring reports for outstanding pick-ups and received sales funds.
  • Managing payments for units sold within the assigned region.
  • Reviewing cash basket and processes market sales daily.
  • Printing invoices from Auto IMS on all units sold in the Virtual Market from one of their assigned SDO’s.
  • Helping clients and vendors with questions and concerns.
  • Completing checklists and monthly inventory reports.
  • Overseeing and maintaining company inventory flow.
  • Making return damage decisions.
  • Coordinating pickups with external transportation companies.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • High School diploma/GED (College course work preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Great multitasking and prioritizing skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
