Account Support Representative

 

A professional job-seeker is needed for a Account Support Representative position in Jacksonville, FL! This temporary-to-hire position pays $16.50 an hour.

 

Responsibilities of the Account Support Representative include:

  • Maintaining authorized lists, preparing and entering custom discounts
  • Preparing price changes for specific customers, process new item paperwork, customer account set-up.
  • Being responsible for file synchronization between the compan system and the customer.
  • Data/order entry responsibility as needed.
  • Support account management with system information and relay to customer as needed.
  • Ensure that end work product is accurate and that deadlines are met.
  • Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Account Support Representative:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of AS400 highly preferred.
  • Intermediately proficient in Excel and other MS Office products.
  • 10-key proficiency and high level of data keying accuracy required.
  • Great organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Must be flexible to work flow and able to reassess and determine priorities.
  • Must be able to take usable training notes and organize them to assist when training is complete.
  • Must maintain good attendance.
  • Maintain safe work practices.
  • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
