Access Management


A technical expert is currently needed for an Access Management role in West Chester, PA. This is a temporary-to-hire position.


Responsibilities of Access Management include:

  • Overseeing access to non-automated systems.
  • Resetting passwords and unlocking accounts not handled by Service Desk.
  • Creating new accounts for projects/systems as needed.
  • Managing Privileged Accounts through the enterprise vaulting landscape.
  • Handling Access Management break/fix incidents.
  • Partnering with global teams for access to global systems.
  • Accessing removal to various systems as needed.
  • Making sure processes are being followed and meeting SOX/PCI requirements.
  • Updating profiles in ITSM tool for effective and efficient provisioning.

Requirements of Access Management:


  • Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management processes, internal control risk management, IT, controls and related standards

  • Solid understanding on authentication/authorization concept and methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience in process automation and process improvement.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritizing, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understands the impact to their role of regulations, laws and company policies, standards and procedures.

  • Experience provisioning and de-provisioning in systems such as Active Directory, O365, Lotus Notes, Cloud Based Solutions, UNIX, Linux, Databases, Mainframe, SAP and others
