About this Event

The Class of 2020 will be a New Generation overnight because of the pandemic, the inevitable recession, the protests for justice, the election year and the USA’s return to the international space station.

Join Evan Violette, Managing Director of CSS and Michael Robinson, an HR Leader at Temple University and civic advocate on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 where they will share some insightful conversation around how to prepare to hire this new generation. Special guest, Seldric Blocker will be joining to help round out the influence from NACE – National Association of Colleges & Employers on their Board of Directors as a direct employer at JP Morgan.

Prepare to answer LIVE poles and send in your LIVE questions as they talk directly to HR leaders about workplace violence , and how everyone needs to pivot to attract Class of 2020. Doug Pederson, coach of the Philadelphia Eagles will be launching us in a Commencement speech from the leaders at CSS at the end of this 1 hour program.

We will engage with our audience with thought provoking questions like:

  1. How can the Class of 2020 help to drive change for the better in today’s environment and to spark great and positive change in the future?
  2. How can we help them find employment and bring economic stimulus around them?
  3. How will the Class of 2020 be defined in the future?
