A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong desire to help a business grow. This is  a temp-perm opportunity and is paying $15/hour.  Shift information is Mon – Fri: 3:00pm – 11:30pm. Pay is $16 an hour.

HOT JOB:  Collections Agents

LOCATION:  Greenville, SC

DETAILS:  The Collections Agents will have customer service experience, call center experience, excellent mathematical skills, and knowledge of administrative and/or clerical procedures and systems. The Collections Representatives will be responsible for locating and notifying customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. They are efficient, professional and deliver a courteous, friendly manner to everyone. They will also be responsible for executing excellent listening, conflict/resolution and communication skills (verbal/written). Pay is $12.50 an hour.

LOCATION:  Wilmington, DE

DETAILS:  The Payroll Associate is responsible for pay process transactions and outcomes for assigned business groups from Time reporting uploads and reconciliation through pay finalization and reporting. Loads and reconciles interfaces, spreadsheet uploads and performs reconciliation of data inputs and pay outcomes through final pay process.  Incumbent is an experienced payroll professional with knowledge of APA standards and practices. Pay is $21-$23 an hour.

HOT JOB:  Director of Advanced Analytics

TYPE:  Direct Hire

LOCATION:  Philadelphia, PA

DETAILS:  The Director of Advanced Analytics will (among other responsibilities) design and implement advanced predictive and descriptive modeling methodologies against both internal (medical claims) and external (3rd party data) sources to identify members most likely to progress in disease acuity, design and execute disease-specific predictive models using large clinical data sets, and search for patterns and trends in cost and utilization using multiple data sources. Pay is $130k-$135k.
