Each month at CSS, we have a “Purple Cow Award” that is given to an internal employee. This award, and what is represents, is based on the book “Purple Cow” by Seth Godin. A “Purple Cow” is someone who stands out in a crowd for being remarkable.
An excerpt from the book reads:
“Cows, after you’ve seen one or two or ten, are boring. A Purple Cow, though… now that would be something. Godin defines a Purple Cow as anything phenomenal, counterintuitive, exciting… remarkable.”

Christa is currently a Senior Staffing Specialist in our Mount Laurel, NJ office. She started working as a Staffing Specialist at Contemporary Staffing Solutions in May 2011. She has been a Senior Staffing Specialist throughout her journey at CSS.
Interesting Fact about Christa: Christa volunteers at the Burlington County Animal Shelter twice a week. She also tries her best to guilt everyone at the Mt. Laurel office to adopt the kitties and doggies!!! Christa says, “Adopt-don’t shop!”
